JUNTO AL CENTRO. Habitación grande, bonita y soleada

Se busca compañeras/os de piso en la Avenida de la Constitución. Estudiantes erasmus son bienvenidos El piso es grande y bonito. Hay tres habitaciones y un salón con una terraza soleada y tranquila. Hay conexión a internet (incluida en el precio), lavadora, ¡¡lavavajillas!!, microondas, tele, dvd, playstation, plaza de garaje para compartir… Además una de las habitaciónes libres tiene un baño propio. Todas las habitaciones están amuebladas y tienen armarios empotrados. Está a 5 minutos a pie del barrio del Carmen, junto al parque del Turia, y al lado de la línea 4 de Tranvía, que te deja en un momento en la universidad. Soy sociable y me entiendo bien con todo el mundo. ¡En el piso no se puede fumar! Si eres fumador/a y accedes a fumar solo en el balcón no hay problema, desde luego, pero en la habitación no. Looking for an apartment? Avenida de la Constitucion, 5 minutes walking from el Barrio del Carmen and the Turia Park, one minute from the metro line 4 and not far away from the University. The apartment is nice and big. There are three rooms and a living room with a suny and quiet terrace. Everything you need: Internet (included in the price), microwawe, dishwasher!!!!, washing-machine, television, dvd, playstation, a garage place to share... One of the free rooms has a private bathroom. All rooms have their furniture, and buil-in cupboards I am friendly and i have lived lots of times together with other students. It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment, if you smoke, and you would make it only in the terrace, there is no problem. But pets are allowed.
